Terms of Service of Jaumo ai

These terms set out the agreement between you and Jaumo ai when you use the website, the character profiles and the companion chat. Please read them before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of these termsBy opening an account or using any part of Jaumo ai you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website and the chat service.
2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By using Jaumo ai you confirm that both statements are true for you.
3. The nature of the serviceJaumo ai provides conversations with fictional characters. Characters are written creations, not real people, and nothing they say should be treated as a statement of fact about anyone.
4. No professional adviceCharacter replies are entertainment and companionship. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they must not be relied on for decisions of that kind.
5. EmergenciesJaumo ai cannot help in a crisis. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a recognised crisis line immediately.
6. Account registrationYou must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits, bans or promotional restrictions.
7. Account securityYou are responsible for your credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Acceptable useDo not use Jaumo ai to harass others, to publish unlawful material, to attempt to generate content involving minors, or to promote violence or discrimination.
9. Prohibited technical conductDo not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe or interfere with the service, and do not attempt to bypass rate limits, filters or access controls.
10. Content you submitYou keep ownership of what you write. You grant Jaumo ai a limited licence to store and process your messages for the sole purpose of operating the service for you.
11. Generated contentReplies produced by characters are supplied for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Similar replies may be produced for other people and no exclusivity is implied.
12. Our intellectual propertyThe Jaumo ai name, logo, character designs, written profiles, artwork and website code belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or resold without written permission.
13. Free and paid accessSome features are available without payment. Others require an active subscription or one-off purchase, and the applicable price is shown before you confirm.
14. Subscriptions and renewalSubscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until cancelled. Renewal reminders are sent where local law requires them.
15. CancellationYou may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.
16. RefundsStatutory withdrawal rights are honoured where they apply. Outside those cases, payments for periods already used are generally non-refundable.
17. Price changesWe may adjust prices for future periods. Existing subscribers are notified in advance and may cancel before the new price applies.
18. AvailabilityWe work to keep Jaumo ai online but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or third-party failures may cause temporary interruptions.
19. Changes to the serviceCharacters, features and limits may be added, altered or withdrawn as the service develops. We will not remove a paid feature you are actively using without notice.
20. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates risk for others or is used for fraud. Serious breaches may result in immediate closure without refund.
21. Your right to stopYou may stop using Jaumo ai at any time and delete your account from the settings area. Deletion ends your access to stored conversations.
22. Third-party servicesLinks and offers from partners are governed by the partner terms. We are not responsible for products, payments or content supplied by a third party.
23. Disclaimer of warrantiesThe service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
24. Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Jaumo ai in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
25. IndemnityYou agree to cover reasonable losses we incur from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, including claims brought by third parties.
26. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
27. Changes to these termsUpdated terms are published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Jaumo ai after that date means you accept the updated version.
